I ordered a product which when it was…
I ordered a product which when it was delivered to me the box had completely split underneath and the product wasn't inside. Royal mail took a picture of the good side of the box so dermalogica finally after 3 days emailed me back saying there's nothing they could do as the package was delivered and had a picture of the good side. I do understand people lie but it's frustrating in my case I've lost nearly £30 and have an empty box and no reasoning from dermalogica. This was my first order so definitely won't be ordering again and advise people to check before they close the door as they don't care if u get the product or not. I've claimed through my bank and sent images of the damages

Not up to scratch
My experience happened quite a while ago now, but I had some problems with online bookings. Through this problem I have discovered that their customer service is terrible and I’ve not bought any products since, and won’t be. They are non responsive to emails and unhelpful if you contact them by phone. They obviously didn’t know how or couldn’t be bothered to fix the issue I was having so thought ignoring the issue would be the best fix.
Free delivery is false. Rewards is a scam
Their website advertises free delivery until 15th of January. Also my mother is a partner and was told to tell her customers about Dermalogica rewards where customers earn points upon sign up, points for every order and also get free delivery on every order. Despite signing up and placing order, i still had to pay for delivery & still have 0 points. Customer service said they do not know when I will receive the refund of £3.95 delivery fee. I feel it is a big scam to get customers to spend money, thinking they will get rewards in return. Im just grateful I tried it out before my mother advised her loyal customers to. My mother was told to tell her customers to sign up to DERMALOGICA REWARDS, so whoever has replied to this email clearly does not know what they are talking about and instead of admitting their company is in the wrong for falsely advertising free delivery and points they are saying my mother has misunderstood. Wow. Never ordering again and I would like to arrange for a full refund

I've ordered products from Dermalogica website on 26.12.2022. The status of the order is still showing as "Order Ready". Their website is showing Blue Dart Tracking id: 1167541062986. But when I am checking the status of my order on Blue Dart Tracking it is showing "Invalid Query Number". I'm sending mail on the given email ID, but my mail is returning back with the msg "domain dermalogica.in not found".
WHERE IS MY ORDER.... & WHEN WILL I GET THAT?

Not disappointed...
I have shopped at Dermalogica in the past. The items are a but pricey, but l have definitely seen positive results so not complaining. I was first introduced to this company when l complimented a friend about how radiant her skin looked. It was at that point she introduced me to this company. All l can summarise is with you will not be disappointed. The ingredients do what they say they do!

I feel tricked
I feel tricked. I ordered 11 days ago my cream’s. I send few emails to this company and nobody answer! Where is my order?!?!?!?!? I want refund!!! My address was correct and the full. Even in my app is instructions and pictures. So don’t lie. Other companies have no problem delivering my orders to this address.

I have placed an order and paid delivery - received a confirmation - however Royal Mail have returned the product to dermalogica as they have put the wrong delivery details on the package. I have checked my order and my address is correct so can only assume it’s been packaged wrong. So ok these things happen, however 4 emails later to customer service and no one has come back to me or refunded my product value - 1 week later Iv decided to do a review to see if finally they come back to me ? @dermalogica please contact me
Amazing service at Dermologica Kingston!
I went to Dermalogica in Kingston and had the most amazing consultation with Riya. She was so passionate and knowledgeable that I signed up for a facial the same day! It was fantastic and I really appreciated the advice I was given as to my specific skincare concerns. It far exceeded other facials I have had in the past, so I will be returning there for microneedling.

I have received a faulty product (the pump does not work), and it takes 5 days for you to consider/approve a request for the replacement. In the meantime, you have my money and I have no product. I am very disappointed. Also no reply to my emails and a dumb-bot on your chat, expected better from you.

I always get excited when I place an order. Its such a great way to self care and you end up with great skin. Win, win! The delivery is fast and the packaging is fully recyclable.
When I've needed it, the customer service team have been fast to respond, polite and resolve any issues quickly (not that there have been many occasions!) Highly recommended!
